About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, assist end-users, and maintain IT infrastructure while contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

  • Experience:

    • 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related roles.

    • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS, or Linux.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.

    • Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).

    • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

    • Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and access permissions.

    • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.

  • Attributes:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential IT problems.

    • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing top-notch support.

  • Certifications (Preferred):

    • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.

    • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.

    • ITIL Foundation certification.
